Final production deployment requires review by qualified French data-protection counsel and completion of the controller’s legal identity and retention schedule.

Data is stored in the configured database or local encrypted hosting environment. Access is limited to authorised staff and contracted service providers. Application documents are not public.

Retention

Define and document retention by submission type before launch. As a starting operational policy, rejected or inactive application records should be reviewed for deletion or anonymisation after the applicable retention period.
