Application Process

Four Steps to Your Admission

Our admissions process is designed to be straightforward, transparent, and supportive. Most applicants receive a decision within two weeks.

Submit Application

Complete the online application form and upload your supporting documents. The application fee is €75 (non-refundable).

Document Review

Our admissions committee reviews your academic qualifications, professional experience, and personal statement within 5 business days.

Admissions Interview

Qualified candidates are invited to a 30-minute motivational interview, conducted in person on our Paris campus or via video call.

Receive Your Offer

Successful candidates receive an offer within 10 business days of their interview. Accept your place by paying the enrollment deposit.

  • Personal Statement / Motivation Letter
    500–800 words explaining your goals, motivation, and why SBS.
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
    An up-to-date CV highlighting your education and experience.
  • Official Academic Transcripts
    Certified copies of all prior academic records.
  • English Language Certificate
    IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, or equivalent (native speakers exempt).
  • Letters of Recommendation
    1–2 letters from academic or professional referees.
  • Copy of Passport or National ID
    Required for identity verification and visa processing.

Common Questions

Admissions FAQ

We do not impose a strict minimum GPA. Admissions decisions are holistic, considering academic performance alongside professional experience, motivation, and interview performance. Strong candidates typically have above-average academic records.
Native English speakers and candidates who completed their previous degree entirely in English may be exempt. For MBA candidates with extensive English-language work experience, waivers are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact admissions for guidance.
Most applicants receive a decision within 2–3 weeks of completing their interview. Early admissions candidates receive priority processing, typically within 10 business days.
Yes. Admitted candidates may request a deferral of up to one academic year. Deferrals must be requested before the enrollment deposit deadline and are granted at the discretion of the admissions committee.
Transfer applications are considered for Bachelor programs on a case-by-case basis. Credit transfer is evaluated based on the equivalence of courses completed at the previous institution. Contact admissions for a preliminary assessment.
